Order Processing
At Rocky Point Jewelers we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. For your convenience, the following payment options are available: American Express (Amex), Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. Prior to shipment, all items are packaged in Rocky Point Jewelers' signature gift packaging. As soon as you place your order using our easy-to-navigate system, we immediately begin processing it. Because it is immediate, canceling your order is not an option.
 
Finished jewelry orders are processed and leave our facility in as little as one business days. Generally, orders placed on business days... ahead of shipping service pickup time, will be mailed same day. If for some reason you change your mind after placing an order, we welcome you to take advantage of our return policy, detailed below.
 
Shipping
All "Regular" jewelry items ordered Monday thru Friday (not including holidays) are Items that do not require changes or modifications. These are normally shipped within 24-72 Hours depending on time and day of the week order is placed and will arrive according to shipping service selected. Signature Required.

Special Order Items ordered Monday thru Friday (not including holidays) that are altered to size, engraved, or lasered to customer specifications are non-returnable and nonrefundable and are shipped within 4 to 7 working days and will arrive according to shipping service selected. Signature Required.

RockyPointJewelers.com DOES NOT ship to "Post Office Boxes".

Security/Insurance Protection
When your order is shipped from our facility, you will receive an email with the tracking information. All packages are fully insured at no additional charge to you and require a signature upon delivery.

Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii require additional time in transit.

US Territories: Most items may be shipped to Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, Palau, the Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days.
 
Military APO/FPO Addresses: APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO processing center to you.

Cancellations & Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. To achieve this goal, we are happy to offer a full refund on all products returned within 15 days of the date the item was shipped.

Once a Web order has Been Placed it cannot be canceled or changed.

Returns are easy.

Returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation. Diamond returns must be accompanied by the original matching or identifying certificate.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund. The full purchase price will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase. THIS POLICY PERTAINS TO INTERNET PURCHASES ONLY.  STORE POLICY PREVAILS FOR PURCHASES MADE AT OUR TWO RETAIL LOCATIONS.

It takes us approximately five days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession; we will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
 
Returns are easy.
  • Call 631-744-4446 for Return Authorization Code as returns will not be accepted without this code on the outside of package.
  • You will need the original order number. Log into your account by clicking on the "My Account" button. Find your order by order date or order number and select it. Then select "Click here for printable copy of your invoice".
  • Please make note of why the item is being returned. You can simply write this on the invoice you include inside the package.
  • The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories.
  • Package the item securely so as to avoid damage during shipping. If you are returning an item of significant value, we recommend that you insure it against loss or damage.
  • All manufacturers' warranties are in effect.
